Step 1: Coaches or approved agents submit a request via our form above with team details (name, logo, colors, etc.).

Step 2: We confirm your request, create some mockups, and set up a private team shop (e.g., a unique URL like www.sidelinezteamshop.com/collections/your-team).

Step 3: You share the shop link and with your team—families order directly, and we handle production and shipping to anywhere in the U.S.

We craft custom hoodies, tees, polos, hats, and more in 22 bold colors that pop—built for every team, style, and size. Got a vision? Tell us what your squad craves—we’ll grow our lineup based on demand!

4. How do I request a team shop?

Fill out the form above on this page with your team’s details—name, logo (PNG/JPG), colors (choose from 22 options), sizes, and quantity. We’ll email you within 24 hours to confirm and start the process, no matter where you’re located in the U.S. It’s that simple!

5. Can I choose multiple colors for my team?

Yes! Our form lets you select multiple colors from our 22 options (e.g., Navy #1A2F5A and Orange #F5B041). Colors may appear different on screens—verify using the hex codes listed. If you want a color not shown (e.g., pink), request it in the “Team Details” field—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

6. How long does it take to get our apparel?

Design: We send a mockup within 48 hours of your approval.

Production: After payment, production takes 5–7 business days.

Shipping: 2–5 days within the U.S., depending on your location.

Total: 7–14 business days from payment to delivery—plan ahead for your season!

7. How do families order once the shop is set up?

We’ll provide a private URL (e.g., www.sidelinezteamshop.com/collections/panthers-gear) and password (e.g., “sidelinez2025”). Coaches share this with families via email, text, or QR code—families order directly, and we ship to their addresses anywhere in the country.

8. Can I see my team’s design before ordering?

Absolutely! After your request, we’ll email a mockup (e.g., your team’s logo on a Navy hoodie) for approval. Suggest tweaks if needed—once you’re happy, we’ll proceed with the order.

9. What if I need to return something?
